The VORTEX is a free volunteer endeavor.  You must be member of the Valkyrie Riders Cruiser Club to Join. The VORTEX is about Valkyrie riders helping & meeting Valkyrie Riders. The mission is in line with that of the VRCC with Valkyrie riders helping other Valkyrie Riders, and that is why the VRCC has Sanctioned the VORTEX and created an automated database system to support it.

A Listing of Valkyrie riders,
THIS LIST IS FOR NON-COMMERCIAL USE OF THE MEMBERS, ONLY!

Basically, The VORTEX or Mutual Aid Network is a list of Valkyrie riders that are willing to put their name down along with phone number - city/state and e-mail address on a list so that other members of the list can call on them in an emergency or perhaps when passing through their neighborhood. I have never heard of the list being used in emergency - but many folks have met at various rallies or rides or on their vacations.  The list is now resident on this site - but you need your VRCC username and password to access the list.
